Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development Executive (BDE)with experience in IT services sales. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of online bidding platforms and be capable of generating quality leads, handling client communication, and closing deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as:
  • Upwork
  • Fiverr
  • Freelancer
  • PeoplePerHour
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and quotations as per client requirements.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
  • Handle client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up process with prospects and clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
  • Stay updated with IT market trends, technologies, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal English).
  • Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
