Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivatedBusiness Development Executive (BDE)with experience in IT services sales. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of online bidding platforms and be capable of generating quality leads, handling client communication, and closing deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as:
- Upwork
- Fiverr
- Freelancer
- PeoplePerHour
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and quotations as per client requirements.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the technical team for project feasibility.
- Handle client communication via email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Maintain a strong follow-up process with prospects and clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain proper records of leads, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Stay updated with IT market trends, technologies, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal English).
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
