This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) located in Bhubaneswar. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, maintaining client relationships, and providing account management solutions. The candidate will focus on expanding the company's client base, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategy implementation.

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in strategic Business Planning and Implementation
• Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal fluency
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities
• Experience in related industries is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
