Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support our leadership team in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline creation across the US market.
This role is focused on strategic outbound outreach, LinkedIn-based prospecting, and identifying qualified opportunities, not just mass outreach, but insight-driven engagement with enterprise decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients across industries such as Healthcare, BFSI, and Technology
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other tools to build targeted prospect lists
- Tap into leadership networks to identify warm opportunities
- Track and manage leads using CRM tools
Outreach & Engagement
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Craft insight-led messaging aligned to client challenges (AI adoption, cloud transformation, QA modernization, etc.)
- Follow structured follow-up cadence to nurture leads and drive engagement
Pipeline Development
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business fit, urgency, and opportunity size
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and Vericence leadership
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Sales Enablement Support
- Support creation of client-facing presentations, pitch decks, and proposals
- Conduct basic market and account research before client meetings
- Participate in client discussions alongside leadership (as needed)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services lead generation / business development
- Experience targeting US-based clients
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach tools
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
