Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation, particularly through various online portals and tools. This role requires someone proactive, tech-savvy, and confident in converting leads into potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Leads
- Email Marketing
- Linkedin Sales Marketing
- Generate leads through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Clutch, Guru, and others.
- Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create strategies for new lead generation.
- Draft and send business proposals, follow-ups, and close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and update CRM tools accordingly.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Conduct cold emails/messages and follow-ups to warm up leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales and lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with multiple lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of software services, web development, mobile apps, or similar digital products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
