Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) IT Sales

Location: Mumbai/ Remote

Job Type: Full - Time

Experience: 1-3 years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with lead generation, particularly through various online portals and tools. This role requires someone proactive, tech-savvy, and confident in converting leads into potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads
  • Email Marketing
  • Linkedin Sales Marketing
  • Generate leads through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Clutch, Guru, and others.
  • Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create strategies for new lead generation.
  • Draft and send business proposals, follow-ups, and close deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and update CRM tools accordingly.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Conduct cold emails/messages and follow-ups to warm up leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of software services, web development, mobile apps, or similar digital products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
