Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT staffing and recruitment sales. The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue generation, and account management for IT staffing services across contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify and onboard new IT staffing clients across startups, mid-size, and enterprise accounts

Sell Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) solutions

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, vendor portals, and referrals

Engage with HR Heads, TA Managers, Procurement teams, and CXOs

Conduct requirement discussions, proposal presentations, and commercial negotiations

Account Management & Delivery Coordination

Act as the primary SPOC for clients and manage end-to-end client relationships

Coordinate closely with recruiters to ensure timely closures and SLA adherence

Drive repeat business and account expansion opportunities

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Track hiring trends, competitor activity, and market demands in IT staffing

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and share weekly/monthly sales reports
