Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, identifying prospective clients, developing business strategies, and managing sales pipelines to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation with a strong ability to drive growth.
  • Solid skills in Business strategy and planning to meet organizational goals effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite to manage business and track progress.
  • Results-driven mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
