Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) based in Jaipur. The role entails identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving lead generation initiatives to achieve sales targets. The Business Development Executive will also handle account management responsibilities, including maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Experience in Account Management with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business growth strategies is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
