Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in the EdTech, events, or technology services space. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue growth targets.

What You'll Do

As a full-time Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
  • Generate leads through market research, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Present Hack2skill's services and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to create proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales and client interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Represent Hack2skill at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets.

You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn outreach.
