We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following position:
Position: Business Development Executive/ International Business Development Intern.
Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers with strong communication are also welcome).
Role Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive our next phase of growth. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building high-value relationships with global clients, and promoting our cutting-edge AI and ERP solutions.
Skills:
l Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
l Experience with B2C social media platforms, Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
l Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and analyze campaign performance.
l Excellent content writing and creative skills to engage and attract audiences.
l Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and assess marketing performance.
l Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate new business leads via cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email campaigns.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with decision-makers to ensure high client retention and repeat business.
Proposals & Presentations: Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling sales proposals, pitch decks, and case studies.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (like Agentic AI) to inform sales strategies.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field (MBA preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for interacting with international clients.
Technical Savvy: A basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), AI concepts, or ERP systems.
Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment.
Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools is a plus.
