Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies, delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs and align with organizational goals is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
- Strong Account Management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.
- Exceptional Business and Communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and negotiations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in engineering, electronic solutions, or related industries is a plus.
