Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Purnia for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, maintaining detailed records, and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet company goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning, market research, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
