Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

. Identify and secure new business opportunities by establishing contacts and developing new client accounts

. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth

. Create sales forecasts and strategic marketing plans tailored to key accounts

. Partner cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to accelerate revenue growth

. Lead or support international marketing initiatives, including seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions accordingly

Requirements

. Degree in a relevant field

. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably within the MedTech or Precision Engineering industry

. Comfortable doing market research to find and reach out to the right companies

. Good track record of winning new business from both new and existing clients

. Experience in BD, marketing, or project management in Medical Devices

. Good at presenting, communicating, planning, and building relationships

. Works well in a team and able handle things on their own

. Proficiency in English is required. As the role involves liaising with regional clients, including partners in China, Mandarin proficiency is a plus

. Willing and able to travel independently across Asia
