Full-Time Business Development Executive

Eligibility:

Candidates with 1+ year of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (preferably in B2B or recruitment/IT services).

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling and cold mailing target clients
• Researching potential clients, industries, and decision-makers
• Creating engaging LinkedIn posts and managing outreach
• Preparing tailored client presentations and proposals
• Tracking client communication and engagement data
• Driving new business partnerships in the IT hiring space

Educational Qualification (for both roles):

Bachelor's / Master's in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or related preferred)
