Role Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Executive with strong exposure to project sales and channel sales. The role includes building relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and distributors, expanding market reach, and driving business growth for construction chemical products.

Generate and manage project leads through architects, contractors, builders, and applicators.

Develop channel partners, distributors, and dealers in the region.

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and follow-ups.

Maintain strong relationships with key influencers and project stakeholders.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Skills Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction chemicals / building materials / adhesive & waterproofing products.

Strong exposure to project + channel sales.

Knowledge of local market (Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bhilai).
