Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role focuses on supporting business growth through digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp inquiries via our website, and assisting store clients from different cities and countries. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys engaging with customers, and is passionate about delivering personalized styling and shopping experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and website inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or styling options.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation.
• Track customer interactions and follow up for business growth.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates should be proactive, eager to learn, and take initiative.
• Comfortable with social media and online communication.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools or digital marketing is a plus.
