Job Responsibilities
- Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the
necessary standards for conversion.
- Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to build
relationships and address their needs and concerns. Effectively communicate the value
and benefits of our services through persuasive sales pitches.
- Implement follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with leads, answer questions,
and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM) trackers (MS Excel) to track
lead interactions, update records, and report on conversion metrics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead conversion strategies with
overall business objectives and campaign initiatives.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on lead interactions to help
refine lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze conversion rates, setting and achieving performance targets to
meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Support in pitching allied products / services of Proplex.
