Job Role / Title: Business Development Executive (B2C)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education : UG:Any Specialization

Relevant Experience: 1 to 2 years

Annual salary: As per Industry standards

Location: Marathahalli and MG Road, Bangalore alternatively

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication (Kannada & English (Mandatory),Hindi (good to have))
  • Good client management ability

Job Responsibilities

  • Assess and qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they meet the

necessary standards for conversion.

  • Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to build

relationships and address their needs and concerns. Effectively communicate the value

and benefits of our services through persuasive sales pitches.

  • Implement follow-up strategies to maintain engagement with leads, answer questions,

and guide them through the sales funnel.

  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM) trackers (MS Excel) to track

lead interactions, update records, and report on conversion metrics.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead conversion strategies with

overall business objectives and campaign initiatives.

  • Provide insights and feedback to the marketing team based on lead interactions to help

refine lead generation and nurturing strategies.

  • Monitor and analyze conversion rates, setting and achieving performance targets to

meet and exceed individual and team goals.

  • Support in pitching allied products / services of Proplex.

Other Specifications

Acumen to understand the business needs in a short period of time

Good team player and able to comprehend business needs and take up responsibility proactively

Candidate should have the acumen to understand the business needs in a short period of time

Working Days Tuesday to Sunday with a weekly off on Monday
