About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive focused on US-based clients to join our growing team.

In this quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with IT companies in the US market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in onboarding IT clients and selling high-ticket B2B solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential US-based B2B IT clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business goals to position Codefeast's services as the ideal solution.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations with decision-makers across US time zones (EST, PST).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all opportunities, communications, and activities in CRM tools (e.g., Apollo,Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about US market trends, competitor offerings, and Codefeast's service portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 27 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or technology consulting.
  • Proven success selling to US-based clients with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients in the US.
  • Knowledge of IT outsourcing, software development, or technical staffing services.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-selling methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, etc.).

Important Prerequisites

  • Must have a laptop (minimum i3/M1 processor or higher) suitable for sales tools and virtual meetings.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 75 Mbps).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with US clients (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting).
