Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive, based in both Koraput and Baleswar. The Business Development Executive will drive new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing partnerships to support company growth. Responsibilities include fostering strategic collaborations, and contributing to the expansion of AISECT's initiatives within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be an integral part of the team, working towards the objectives of promoting development and empowerment in underserved areas.
Basic Need
- Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Excellent verbal Communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and partnerships
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in market research and analyzing business opportunities
- Prior experience in social enterprise, education, or rural development initiatives is advantageous
- Must be a Graduate or above
- Must have Bike with Valid Driving Licence
