Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, and support the growth of ADS TIJARAT's advertising and BTL activation services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, and preparing tailored proposals and quotations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and delivery, tracking sales pipelines, maintaining CRM records, and meeting defined revenue and growth targets. The executive will monitor market trends and competitor activities, provide feedback for service improvement, and represent the company at client visits, events, and industry interactions.
Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of advertising/BTL activation services, with the ability to align solutions with client needs.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including client-facing presentations, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Account Management capabilities to maintain and grow existing client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in advertising, marketing, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working on-site in Kolkata, with a willingness to travel locally for client meetings and activations as required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for reporting, pipeline tracking, and documentation.
