Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a technical/analytical background to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in IT/software sales, client interaction, and business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through market research, online platforms, and outreach activities
- Generate leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking platforms
- Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and assist in closing deals
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches
- Use platforms like LinkedIn and online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) for lead generation
- Promote IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing offerings
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and activity reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT and other AI-based tools for research and communication
Skills Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client interaction
- Basic understanding of IT services/software/digital marketing (preferred)
- Good research and analytical skills
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
Who Can Apply
