Compensation: 400,000.00 LPA (CTC) + Attractive Performance Incentives + Bonuses

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive (Admission Counsellor) is not a routine sales role; it is a career leadership track designed for dynamic individuals who can combine strategic thinking, communication mastery, and performance execution.

As a BDE, you are not just selling a program, you are shaping futures. You will be the first touchpoint for thousands of aspiring students and professionals, helping them discover their path across GCQ's multidomain ecosystem from study abroad opportunities and domestic education to career training and job placements.

This is a target-driven, performance-based role where achievers are recognized, rewarded, and fast-tracked into leadership. Mediocrity does not survive at GCQ; we invest in those who perform, lead, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Advisory & Career Mentorship

  • Conduct in-depth counseling sessions with prospective students and professionals across GCQ's multiple verticals.
  • Understand each individual's goals, academic background, financial profile, and long-term aspirations.
  • Recommend tailored education or training pathways whether in Study Abroad, Study in India, or JobLinked Training.
  • Provide clarity on courses, destinations, fee structures, visa processes, and post-study opportunities.
  • Serve as a mentor and career strategist, not merely an information provider

2. Performance-Based Sales & Business Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets across assigned GCQ verticals.
  • Convert inbound leads generated from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and institutional tie-ups into successful enrollments.
  • Conduct product presentations, career webinars, and on-ground events to increase awareness and drive leads.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams to strategize local campaigns and outreach.
  • Own your pipeline from first contact to closure ensuring consistent performance and revenue growth.

3. Cross-Vertical Integration & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams managing Exam Prep, On-Job Training, and Global Learning to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Seamlessly move students from one vertical to another (e.g., NextGen Exam Prep Study Abroad Job Assistance).
  • Ensure every student maximizes their learning and career potential within the GCQ360 ecosystem.

4. Strategic Reporting & Data-Driven Execution

  • Maintain accurate lead records and progress updates in the CRM system.
  • Analyze conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks, and share actionable insights with management.
  • Present weekly performance reviews and strategic improvement plans.
  • Uphold professionalism and compliance with institutional standards and ethical practices.

5. Representation & Relationship Building

  • Represent GCQ360 at college fairs, education expos, university visits, and community events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, training partners, and corporate recruiters.
  • Position GCQ360 as a trusted brand for both students and institutional collaborators.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
  • 03 years of relevant experience in education sales, counseling, or business development.

Compensation & Growth Structure

  • Annual Salary: 4,00,000 per annum (CTC)
  • Incentives: Uncapped, based on monthly and quarterly targets (Top performers can earn 3x of annual salary).
