Job Description

To drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing clients for studio-based media operations, including content production, post-production, and digital media services. The role focuses on positioning the organization's studio capabilities to brands, agencies, and media companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients requiring studio and media operations services (photo/video shoots, content production, editing, post-production, and digital asset management).
  • Promote and sell end-to-end studio solutions, including production, editing, quality control, and delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, e-commerce companies, advertising agencies, and media houses.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions leveraging in-house studio capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (studio operations, creative, and delivery) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals aligned with business goals.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships with existing clients.
  • Track market trends in media production, content creation, and studio services to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development within media, studio operations, production houses, or creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of studio workflows, including production, post-production, and media delivery processes.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with creative teams and translate client needs into deliverables.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce content production (catalog shoots, product photography, video ads).
  • Existing network with brands, agencies, or media clients.
  • Knowledge of digital content trends and social media platforms.
