Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive who can connect with aspiring learners and guide them in choosing the right up-skilling program to achieve their career goals. The role involves understanding candidate profiles, creating career realisation, and converting leads into enrolments for AccioJob programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound/outbound leads and understand candidate profiles.
• Counsel candidates on AccioJob programs.
• Convert qualified leads into course enrolments.
• Handle objections, follow-ups, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage walk-in candidates at centres and guide them through assessments or counselling.
• Update lead status and interactions in the CRM.

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand candidate psychology and career aspirations
• Good objection handling and negotiation ability
• High ownership and target orientation
• Basic understanding of technology careers (Software Development / Data roles) is a plus.
