Role Overview

The Boston Institute of Analytics is looking for a Business Development Executive | Academic Coordinator to support the admissions and academic counseling process at our Connaught Place, Delhi location.

In this role, you will work closely with academic counselors to manage prospective student inquiries, coordinate counseling sessions, maintain CRM records, and assist with pre-admissions activities. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to support students throughout the admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Admissions Support

Assist academic counselors in managing the initial stages of student inquiries.

Schedule counseling appointments and provide preliminary information about available programs.

Student Engagement

  • Interact with prospective students and provide guidance regarding course options, prerequisites, and the application process.
  • Counselor Coordination
  • Support counselors in preparing for counseling sessions by organizing required materials and student information.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.

Follow-Ups

  • Conduct structured follow-ups with prospective students and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Information Sessions & Virtual Meetings

  • Assist in organizing webinars, information sessions, and Q&A events for prospective students.

Market Insights

  • Collect feedback from prospective students and share insights with the admissions team to improve engagement strategies.

Reporting

  • Support preparation of reports related to student inquiries, follow-up activities, and admissions metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions support, academic coordination, business development, or counseling roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
