Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, serving as the face of the company and presenting the company's value proposition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations that showcase the company's capabilities and solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including pipeline and forecast data, in the company's CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.

Responsible for branding, advertising, company events and promotional collateral

  • Maintain a constant awareness of client demands, competitiveness, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using a CRM system and familiar with sales processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills

  • Compensation range: Rs.2,00,000-3,00,000 + Incentive
  • Yearly 12 Paid leaves
