Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Manage inbound inquiries and provide accurate product, pricing, and installation information.
- Qualify leads based on requirements and close sales
- Maintain updated call logs, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Clearly explain key features, benefits, and ROl of solar systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
- Achieve daily/ monthly call targets, lead generation goals, and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, technical discussions, and follow-up actions.
- Adhere to process guidelines and maintain consistent call quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-1 year experience in call center or telecalling roles; sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven customer handling and persuasion abilities.
- Capability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Basic computer skills with hands-on experience in CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, target-driven approach, and read iness to learn solar industry fundamentals.
