Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Chandigarh. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients for new business opportunities, generating leads, developing strategic relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring successful partnerships. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to promote company services and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business strategies and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or training industry is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is considered an advantage
