We are looking for a result-driven Senior Business Development Executive who can actively contribute to revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As a Senior BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and driving consistent deal closures. This is a high-ownership onsite role suited for someone who is proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Conduct discovery calls, requirement understanding, and solution positioning
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and negotiate contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Explore strategic partnerships, marketplaces, and networking opportunities
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT services / software sales / agency sales
- Strong understanding of technology services such as web, mobile, SaaS, or AI solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working with international clients (US / UAE / Europe preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close complex deals
- Strong ownership mindset and result-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B consultative selling
- Exposure to LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and proposal platforms
- Understanding of effort estimation and basic technical concepts
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
