Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will play a key role in generating MICE business, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized solutions to meet client requirements while achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop MICE business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Pitch customized event and travel solutions based on client requirements.
  • Align company services with client needs and expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct field sales activities and client meetings.
  • Manage client coordination and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Prior experience in the events industry, Hotel Industry, or Tours & Travel Industry is preferred.
  • Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and a good listener.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
