We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing bidding platforms, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and managing bidding activities across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, experience in online bidding, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels.

Actively bid on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc., to generate leads and projects.

Draft customized proposals based on client requirements and project scope.

Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture leads to convert them into business.

Maintain accurate records of bidding, sales activities, and client interactions.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in bidding platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience or knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
