Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE 100% Target Oriented) for a 6-month performance-driven role. You will be responsible for end-to-end enrollment conversions, from self-lead generation to final onboarding. This role is strictly target-based and focused on revenue and enrollment achievement across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads independently through calls, social media, referrals, and self-sourcing

- Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable skilledUp programs

- Perform consistent follow-ups to convert prospects into enrollments

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and conversion data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM

- Handle objections professionally and ensure smooth candidate onboarding

- Achieve 100% of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred)

- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, EdTech Sales, or Telecalling is an advantage

- Ability to work independently in a permanent work-from-home setup

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Highly disciplined, target-focused, and performance-driven mindset

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC between 2.5 LPA to 6 LPA, based on current CTC and interview performance
