Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our HR department by identifying, sourcing, and qualifying potental candidates and business leads. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and supporting recruitment and HR outreach initatives through effective lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads for recruitment, staffing, and HR services Source potential candidates through job portals, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), databases, and networking Maintain and update candidate and lead data in ATS/CRM systems Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates/leads Collaborate with HR recruiters and managers to understand hiring needs Execute email campaigns, calls, and social outreach for lead nurturing Track lead generation metrics and prepare regular performance reports Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and data privacy standards Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 13 years of experience in lead generation, HR sourcing, recruitment, or sales support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms Ability to research, analiyse, and qualify leads effectively Good organizational and management skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruitment or HR consulting firms Knowledge of digital marketing or social media lead generation Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition strategies Key Competencies Attention to detail Result-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and in a team Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
