Business Development Director who doesn't just chase opportunities, but creates them, shapes them, and closes them at scale.

What You'll Own
- Complete ownership of revenue growth across manufacturing and engineering segments
- Define and execute business development strategy , go-to-market plans , and expansion initiatives
- Build and leverage relationships with OEMs , EPC companies , Tier-1 suppliers , and industrial leaders
- Lead large, complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long gestation periods
- Identify and unlock new markets, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
- Drive enterprise-level sales , high-value negotiations, and long-term contracts
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance business development function
