Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development professional with strong digital marketing ownership experience in the education sector. The role involves end-to-end management of digital campaigns, lead generation, and conversion for academic programs, with a clear focus on driving revenue and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for program promotion and student acquisition
- Manage annual digital marketing budgets of high value, ensuring optimal ROI and cost efficiency
- Drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion funnels across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and drive data-led decision-making
- Work closely with admissions/sales teams to ensure lead-to-enrollment conversion
- Identify new channels and strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and business outcomes
Key Requirements:
- 5 – 8 years of experience in Business Development / Digital Marketing, preferably in the education/edtech sector, specialising in certification programs.
- Proven experience in managing high-value digital marketing budgets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead funnels, and conversion metrics
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience working with internal teams and external marketing agencies
- Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder management skills
