Job Description

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively support lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Digital Lead Generation: Drive impactful lead generation campaigns primarily using digital channels.
  • Lead Management & Conversion: Manage the entire lead conversion process, which includes tracking, nurturing, and converting leads into actionable opportunities in close coordination with the sales team.
  • Database Optimization: Maintain and optimize lead databases using CRM tools.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing Material Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and videos.
  • SEO & Content Management: Develop strategies for SEO and content marketing to significantly enhance the company's online presence. Experience in Odoo CRM, SEO, and content management (especially reels and videos for influencer marketing) will be highly preferred.
  • Event Participation: Plan and manage participation in exhibitions to further enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Campaign Management: Proven track record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and techniques.
  • CRM & Lead Management: Hands-on experience with CRM and lead management tools.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity & Management: Creative thinker with strong project and team management skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends to inform strategy.
