Job Description

As part of the Brand Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers. This role involves identifying business opportunities, creating strategic digital media plans, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital media, content monetization, and emerging advertising trends. Key Responsibilities

Sell digital inventory, branded content solutions, and video IPs to brands and agencies.

● Generate new business by acquiring briefs from brands for digital advertising and branded content collaborations.

● Drive the amplification of digital media properties across various platforms to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

● Create customized sales pitches, media plans, and partnership proposals to drive revenue growth.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.

● Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing strategic sales initiatives.

● Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, and design) to align brand campaigns with business goals.

● Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and optimize strategies for better ROI.

● Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deal structures to maximize profitability.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising technologies.

Required Skills

● Sales & Business Development: Strong track record in achieving and exceeding revenue

targets in digital media sales.

● Client Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain long-term

relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.

● Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop customized media strategies and innovative

partnership models.

● Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and deal

terms with advertisers and agencies.

● Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competitor

performance, and client needs.

● Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to

create compelling pitches and presentations.

● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, coordinate with

stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.

● Digital Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital advertising formats, branded

content, influencer marketing, and social media monetization.
