Brahmananda Consultancy is a specialist debt/ equity financing advisory for businesses, operating across Real Estate and other corporates. It was started in 2023 by Raj Y Palan, a senior banker (https://www.linkedin.com/in/rajpalan)

On debt, it works across all needs - from land acquisition to inventory financing, expansion capex, and any structured financing solutions in the range of Rs. 10 to 1,000 Cr.

Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, flexible in a combination of in-office and remote work. You will manage execution flow of live debt/ equity financing transactions, and also engage in business development. Mainly meeting real estate developers for introductory discussion on new deals, and then continue in the engagement along with the founder. Role will be very rewarding financially, comprising of fixed compensation + share of deal fee.

Skills/ Profile

• Be a go-getter, and feature high in willingness to learn and deliver. It will be an enriching experience
• Knowledge of basic tools such as xls
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Mumbai will be an advantage
• At least 2-3 years experience
