We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Counsellor who can guide prospective students, generate leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping individuals build their careers in IT.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-ins effectively
- Counsel students and job seekers on various IT courses (Full Stack, Data Science, Cloud, etc.)
- Understand candidate needs and recommend suitable training programs
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate student data
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities
- Conduct career guidance sessions and demo follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction
Required Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic understanding of IT courses / willingness to learn
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications- Any Graduate (MBA / Marketing preferred)
- Experience in education sales, training institutes, or EdTech is a plus
