Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Business Development & Account Manager to lead client acquisition and account growth across the assigned state. This role demands a strong GTM mindset, field sales confidence, and the ability to manage both new business and ongoing client relationships.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to post-sales support — while ensuring client success and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and acquire new retail and commercial clients
- Execute structured cold calling and cold email campaigns
- Build relationships with Marketing Heads and CXO-level decision makers
- Take ownership of the entire assigned state/territory
- Drive aggressive GTM initiatives to enter new markets
Ongoing Project & Account Support
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor campaign/project performance to meet and exceed client expectations
- Provide ongoing account support and identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Handle post-sales coordination and relationship management
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Retail/Media preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong experience in cold outreach and field sales
Nice to Have
- Automation skills (CRM workflows, email automation tools)
- Creative & design thinking ability
- Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu (Malayalam is a plus)
