ADTO helps brands advertise through auto rickshaws across Bengaluru. We work with auto drivers to place brand posters on autos and ensure campaigns are executed smoothly on the ground.

Role Overview

We are looking for an active, energetic, and well-spoken Field Coordinator to coordinate with auto rickshaw drivers across Bengaluru. The role involves onboarding auto drivers, coordinating poster placement, collecting driver details, and ensuring daily campaign reporting through WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Travel across Bengaluru to meet auto rickshaw drivers.

Convince and coordinate with auto drivers to paste brand posters on their autos.

Ensure posters are pasted properly and as per campaign requirements.

Add auto drivers to the assigned WhatsApp group.

Collect driver details and update them accurately in an Excel sheet.

Ask drivers to send daily photos of the poster on their auto in the WhatsApp group.

Follow up with drivers regularly to ensure campaign compliance.

Coordinate with the internal team and share daily updates.

Maintain good relationships with auto drivers and handle queries politely.

Requirements

Mandatory - Good communication skills in Kannada and Hindi/English.

Must be comfortable traveling within Bengaluru city.

Active, responsible, and street-smart personality.

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to convince and coordinate with people on the ground.

Prior field sales, operations, or coordination experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is energetic, confident, good at talking to people, and comfortable working on the field with auto rickshaw drivers.

Compensation Up to 15,000/Month
