Business Development & Client Relationship ManagerThis role is ideal for freshers or graduates from communication, management, or business backgrounds who possess strong interpersonal and conversational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and customer queries professionally and courteously.
Educate potential clients about AFWHO's housing projects and benefits.
Maintain and develop positive relationships with clients.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and assist in the closure process.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM or database.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience.
Achieve basic performance and communication KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree mandatory).
Experience: Freshers and candidates from communication, marketing, or client-handling backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Excellent command of English and Hindi (spoken and written).
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly communication style.
Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with MS Office / CRM tools.
