Key Responsibilities
1. Client Counselling
- Guide clients and partners regarding company services and solutions.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
2. Aggregator / Partner Network Management
- Identify and onboard new aggregators, partners, and agents.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Monitor partner performance and provide support when required.
3. Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities across India.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential partners.
- Expand the company's presence in different states and cities.
4. Travel & Field Operations
- Travel across India to meet partners, clients, and potential business associates.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and business discussions.
- Conduct training sessions or partner onboarding if needed.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain records of leads, partners, and client interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Job Location
- Base Location: Flexible / Mumbai (or company office)
- Travel: Pan-India
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and identify business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to support business development initiatives
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or client counseling is an added advantage
