Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development & Client Coordination Executive to support lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and coordination of ongoing work.

This is not a sit and wait role. We need someone who can actively identify opportunities, maintain follow-up discipline, communicate clearly with prospects and clients, and help move work from enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential clients and build prospect lists
  • Identify businesses that may need website, AI Implementation, WordPress, email, hosting, or security support
  • Reach out to prospects via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other suitable channels
  • Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a proper lead pipeline
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and client discussions
  • Collect client requirements and summarize them clearly
  • Follow up with clients for content, approvals, access credentials, and pending items
  • Support proposal follow-up and conversion efforts
  • Maintain records of leads, prospects, and ongoing client communication
  • Help identify upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • Assist with invoice follow-ups and basic account coordination where needed
  • Work closely with internal technical and design teams to ensure smooth communication
Required Skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, Google Sheets, and basic CRM-style tracking
  • Ability to research businesses and identify sales opportunities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and professional business communication
  • Self-disciplined and capable of working remotely without constant supervision
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in lead generation, business development, telesales, or client coordination
  • Familiarity with websites, WordPress, domains, hosting, email setup, or digital services
  • Basic understanding of how websites and business email work
  • Experience using Canva, proposals, quotations, or client onboarding documents
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and online prospecting
Ideal Candidate
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Confident communicator
  • Practical, hungry, and reliable
  • Good at follow-up without being careless or pushy
  • Able to handle multiple conversations and keep track of details
  • Understands that business development is about consistency, not just talking

Compensation
