Job Description : Business Development - Beauty & Personal Care

We are looking for a high-performing professional with strong experience in Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) specialty chemicals to drive business development and sales. The role requires deep industry understanding, strong customer relationships, and the ability to deliver growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and revenue growth in the BPC segment
  • Manage and expand key accounts across personal care, cosmetics, and home care
  • Identify and onboard new customers and partners
  • Work closely with R&D and sourcing teams to provide customized solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant specialty chemical ingredients
  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing, and negotiations
  • Track market trends, competitor landscape, and new product opportunities
  • Ensure smooth execution from inquiry to order closure

Key Requirement & Experience

  • Strong experience in Beauty & Personal Care specialty chemicals (mandatory)
  • Good understanding of BPC ingredients such as surfactants, emollients, actives, preservatives, etc.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
  • Strong network with BPC brands, formulators, and manufacturers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
