We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate who is passionate about guiding students and building strong relationships with parents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be organized and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. You will engage with prospective clients, articulate the unique value of our curriculum and teachers, collaborate with internal teams, and consistently achieve targets to support the company's growth and mission.

As a Business Development Associate (US Market – Night Shift), you will:

  • Connect with prospective parents and students in the US market via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and video calls during US time zones.
  • Explain the curriculum and product USP clearly, handle objections, and drive conversions for trial classes and course enrollments.
  • Maintain accurate lead and customer data in the CRM and ensure timely followups to close deals.
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly US sales targets in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment.

To WIN in this role, you'll need:

  • Any bachelor's or master's degree; strong salesfocused undergraduates may be considered.
  • Experience in EdTech / inside sales, preferably handling US or international customers.
  • Excellent English communication skills and a targetoriented, resilient mindset, with full willingness to work US night shifts.
