Business Development Associate - US Accounting

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate - US Accounting, based in New Delhi. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and generating leads within the US market, particularly in the accounting and finance sectors. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering compelling presentations, building and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The Business Development Associate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

• Strong Presentation Skills and expertise in creating effective Presentations for prospective clients
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and target audiences
• Excellent Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or a finance-related industry is a plus
• Familiarity with US accounting practices and markets is preferred
