ABOUT THE JOB

We're Hiring | Business Development Associates (Inside Sales)

Looking to connect with driven Business Development Associates with a strong tele-sales

background to join the Revamp by Urban Company team.

About the Business:

Urban Company is building Revamp, a premium home transformation offering that helps

customers redesign and enhance their living spaces with ease. Our Inside Sales team plays a

critical role by consulting customers, understanding their needs, and offering creative,

customer-centric makeover solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the primary touchpoint for

customers-helping convert ideas into reality.

Role: Business Development Associate (Tele Sales)

Experience: Core sales experience required

Location: Work from Office

Shifts: Morning / Evening

Work Week: 6 days working (Saturday & Sunday working, weekdays off between

Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Ownership: Drive and close high-value sales through consultative

engagement to consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets

Consultative Customer Solutioning: Understand customer needs in depth and

recommend customized design and product solutions as a trusted advisor

Design Consultation & Finalisation: Guide customers on design, layout, and

aesthetics to ensure high customer satisfaction

AI-Led Visualisation: Use AI-generated images to help customers visualize

post-installation outcomes, improving experience and conversion rates

Strategic Price Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, justify premium pricing, and

protect margins while closing deals

High-Intent Client Identification: Identify and prioritize high-potential customers

through structured need analysis, focusing on quality conversions

Performance Tracking & Follow-Ups: Monitor deal progress, manage follow-ups, and

ensure timely revenue realization

Cross-Functional & Partner Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and

on-ground partners to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution

On-Spot Partner Support: Provide real-time assistance during installations or customer

interactions to maintain service quality

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English - both mandatory)

Strong relationship-building abilities

Comfortable handling multiple leads simultaneously

Passion for sales and customer engagement

Smart problem-solvers who can tailor solutions as per customer needs

Good coordination skills for cross-department collaboration
