Location: In-Office Gomti Nagar Vistar, Lucknow

Working Hours: 10 AM 7 PM | 6 Days a Week

Duration: 36 Months

Stipend: 10,000 per month (Performance-Based) + Commission

The Unfiltered Startup is a growth and funnel development studio built by an IIT Delhibased team, focused on one thing most agencies fail at:

Generating real revenue for brands.

While most marketing agencies chase vanity metrics like impressions and likes, we focus on what actually matters:

  • High-converting funnels
  • Conversion-driven website design
  • Performance marketing that produces measurable ROI

Our team works directly with founders and growth-stage brands to fix broken funnels, increase conversions, and scale revenue through performance marketing.

This is not a certificate internship.

This is a front-row seat to how client acquisition and digital growth actually work.

What You'll Actually Do

Your role is simple: find and generate business opportunities.

You will:

  • Identify startups, D2C brands, and founders who need better funnels and marketing
  • Reach out through LinkedIn, cold email, WhatsApp, and outbound outreach
  • Start conversations with decision-makers and qualify their needs
  • Book sales calls for the founding team
  • Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM
  • Assist in building outreach campaigns and messaging
  • Track outreach numbers and conversion performance

Expect to conduct 50100 targeted outreach attempts per day.

This role will expose you to real sales pipelines and client acquisition, not theoretical marketing.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • High ownership and execution mindset
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Interest in startups, marketing, and sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus if you:

  • Have done sales, lead generation, or outreach before
  • Understand digital marketing basics
  • Know tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Notion

Degrees don't matter.

Execution does.

What You'll Learn

Working closely with the IIT Delhibased founding team, you will learn:

  • How startups acquire high-value clients
  • How sales pipelines are built and managed
  • How funnels and digital marketing drive real revenue
  • How founders think about growth and scaling

These are skills most people only learn after years in the industry.

Compensation

  • 10,000/month stipend (performance-based)
  • Commission on successful client acquisition
