About the Role:
Join our team to drive new client growth through outbound prospecting and cold calling in both US and domestic staffing markets. You'll own the full lead-to-close cycle, targeting new accounts and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold call/email prospects to generate qualified leads for US and domestic staffing services.
- Convert leads into clients through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals.
- Maintain a steady pipeline via CRM tracking and follow-ups.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven track record generating leads and converting them into staffing clients.
- Prior experience selling to US markets (IT or non-IT staffing).
- Reliable high-speed internet and remote-work setup.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience negotiating client contracts.
- Familiarity with government contract bidding (e.g., SAM.gov, state/local RFPs).
